FAQsNM Cosmeceuticals Consultant & Affiliate FAQs

1. Do I have to have experience?
No, you do not. Just because you don't have any experience doing home parties, it doesn't mean you won't have the opportunity if you want it. If you're creative, a self-starter, and willing to learn, you could be our next superstar!

2. Do I have to buy a kit?
Yes. Otherwise, how will you be able to show your party guests the wonderful products we carry? There is a kit for our consultants to purchase at a discount.

3. What does the kit cost?
The price is $750 for the Consultant Kit and $150 for the Affiliate Kit, which is half the price of the retail value.

4. How would I get parties?
It will be your job to book your parties. Start off with your friends and family. Use your social networks, etc. You will see your business grow if you stay consistent. We get a huge volume of online party leads which we pass on to our consultants. We have an automated party lead system which includes organizational tools for easy lead management in your consultant dashboard.

5. How much will I make?
This will vary because it's a commission-based business. Affiliates make 20% commission on all sales. You are in control of how much money you will earn. Since you are your own boss, you have that flexibility -- if you want to earn more, simply book more parties and sponsor new customers. You are responsible for your own success.

6. How will I get paid?
When your customers pay for their orders at a party, you receive all payments that night. Later, you will submit the party online to your NM Cosmeceuticals website and be charged your discounted purchase rate for those orders. Your profit (commission) stays in your pocket! For orders made by yours customers on your website, keep in mind that it can take a day or two for credit cards and checks to post to your bank account after they clear. Whenever you've earned commission, you'll be paid by check or ACH on the 15th of the following month.

7. Do I have to recruit?
No, you do not have to recruit. You may choose to recruit if you would like to create another stream of income, or if you enjoy a leadership role.

8. Do I have to carry an inventory?
Not at all! We want to make it easy for you. Not having to carry stock means none of your own money is tied up in inventory.

9. Will you be adding more products as the program develops?
Yes! We'll be adding more items but remember, we're pretty picky about quality and design so that you can offer only the BEST product to your potential customers!

10. Is there a sales quota?
No. Unlike many other party companies, there is no quota. Do a party once a month, once a week, or once a year! Of course, the more parties you book, the more you'll make. So whether this is what you do as your main source of income, something you do to supplement your current "J-O-B", or something you do for fun while making some extra money, it's entirely up to you.

11. Will I have to pack and deliver the orders myself?
No. All of the discreetly packaged orders will ship directly to your host or the party guest themselves.

12. Am I responsible for paying for discounts I offer my customers?
Yes, you will be responsible for the any additional discounts you offer your customers. You can offer up to a 20% discount, however, you discounts come directly from your commission.

13. What marketing materials am I able to use?
We have approved logos, YouTube videos for instructional purposes and PDF sell sheets. Consultants will have access to a vast online resource center, which will be filled with many helpful training and promotional tools.

14. I sell products for another company too. Is it OK to show those products at a party, after I've completed my NM Cosmeceuticals demonstration?
No. We have a strict NO co-mingling policy. This means that you cannot represent NM Cosmeceuticals Parties, and another company, at the same party or event. Your NM Cosmeceuticals customers must be kept completely separate of your other business.

15. What if I find that it's not a fit for me? Will I have to give everything back?
We understand that not every business is for everyone. If you find it may not be a fit for you right now, you are free to resign and keep the kit for yourself. Remember, the kit items are not allowed to be re-sold.

Ordering, Payment & Shipping FAQs

Ordering1. How can I place my order?
You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Every time you click "add to cart", you will have an opportunity to view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be prompted to create a customer ID and password or if you are returning registered customer, you will be prompted to sign in using your customer ID and password.

2. How secure is my order when ordering through your website?
Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.

3. Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.

4. Will you give out my ordering information to third parties?
No! NM Cosmeceuticals does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list we will use your information for NM Cosmeceuticals updates only. We hate receiving spam so we will not send it to you!

5. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard™, Visa™, American Express™ and Discover cards™.

6. When is my credit card charged for orders placed through your site?
We charge your credit card after your order ships. When your order is placed we place an authorization on your card but the funds are not removed until we ship it out.

7. Do you accept any other payment methods?
We also accept payment via Paypal. Just click on the yellow PayPal button located at the bottom of your shopping cart.

8. How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your purchase will appear as a charge from NM Cosmeceuticals.

9. Does NM Cosmeceuticals store my credit card information?
No, unless you ask us to when you are checking out or updating your NM Cosmeceuticals account profile.

10. Do you charge sales tax?
No. We are not required to collect sales tax.

11. Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes. In fact, we think our products are one of the few gifts that keep on giving! You will just need to click the "gift" option at checkout. We will ship the product with a packing slip that does not show the pricing. You also have the option of choosing to have the product gift wrapped for a nominal fee.

12. How are my orders shipped to me?
We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via UPS or USPS. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from NM Cosmeceuticals.

13. Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the United States.

14. How soon will I receive my order?
We ship out all orders within two business days after order receipt. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update detailed tracking information from the date of your item shipment notification. This notification is sent via e-mail. Note orders may be processed on dates USPS is closed, however those dates are not counted as a transit date.

15. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship internationally but there are some countries that we are unable to ship to due to the customs laws there. If you don’t see your country as an option, it’s because we are unable to ship there.

16. Who covers duties and taxes on international orders?
The order recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the country of delivery.

17. Do you ship to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses?
Yes! We are able to ship to addresses with a PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.

18. My Package says it has been delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
1. Verify the mailing address you provided was correct
2. Wait 3 days after tracking states delivered- more times than not, the package will show up a little late.

*Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After 30 days, the package will be considered delivered in full.

Products & Returns FAQs

Returns1. What are your products made of?
All of our products are made out of premium grade, organic ingredients and are latex, sulfate, paraben and phthalate free.

2. How can I contact a customer care representative at NM Cosmeceuticals?

The best way to contact customer care is by filling out our online form. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.

3. What is your return policy?
Web Customers:
Due to the nature of our products, once an item has been removed from the shrink-wrap, the item is no longer eligible for return. If you would like to return any unopened item purchased from, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. NM Cosmeceuticals does not cover the cost of shipping or refund shipping for returned items. Please contact NM Cosmeceuticals Customer Care for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the item is received back, the exchange or refund will be processed within 14 business days. If eligible, any returned items will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

We will accept returns for defects due to faulty workmanship or materials on all items that are under warranty. The warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage cause by accident, misuse, neglect or other use not in accordance with the manual. Specific warranty information for each product can be found in the items user manual.

Home Party Customers:
All sales are final. No return or exchanges will be permitted.
